About The Client

Established in 2004, RiverEnd Aesthetics is Geelong’s pioneering cosmetic clinic, specialising in doctor-led, non-surgical regenerative aesthetics.

With over 20 years of experience, they embrace a “less is more” philosophy, focusing on personalised, evidence-based treatments to deliver the best clinical outcomes.

The Client’s Problem

Due to new TGA advertising regulations that prohibit the use of certain words in marketing materials, RiverEnd Aesthetics needed to rebrand while maintaining their reputation for excellence.

The challenge was to divide their existing Cosmetic Refinement Clinic (CRC) into two distinct entities without confusing or losing their loyal customer base.
